About Kim

Kim has been facilitating her clients’ achievement of their fitness, nutrition and athletic goals for over 14 years.  She has a bachelors degree in Dietetics and a masters degree in Exercise Physiology.  Kim trains clients at a variety of locations including her office, gyms, clients’ homes and onsite at motocross tracks or other sporting events.

Kim is passionate about working with her clients to create a custom-designed program which fits the clients’ lifestyle while insuring achievement of his or her fitness goals.  She combines her knowledge in nutrition, exercise physiology, mental game coaching and life coaching to help her clients find their “athlete within”.  This approach works for the competetive athlete as well as the person just looking to get back to a healthy weight.

Kim believes being fit and healthy is a lifestyle rather than a destination.  With this in mind she creates programs which are flexible and always changing to meet the clients needs.
